Scout, Look-Out

He’s told to go “upstairs” when I’m vacuuming so that he isn’t in the way trying to attack the thing. Sometimes he’ll sit nervously on the couch and watch intensely as the carpet sweeper goes back and forth. He tries to ignore it but then some instinct takes over and he complains in loud, rapid barks. I like to think it’s because he’s worried for my safety, but mostly I think he doesn’t like the noise and wishes it would shut the hell up.

Maybe if you didn’t shed so much bug, we wouldn’t have this problem.
